Phyllis Day Joins The Dow Group at Keller Williams

Wolfeboro, NH (May 20, 2023) — Phyllis Day has joined The Dow Group as a New Hampshire Seacoast Area Expert. 

Phyllis Day has more than 35 years of experience as a Real Estate Professional.  In addition to being a licensed Realtor® she also has extensive background in research and conducting title exams and providing closing services for national title companies, attorneys, banks, and municipalities, as well as having had experience providing mortgage originating services. She ultimately joined Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty in Portsmouth. Phyllis’ vast experience in varied numerous roles pertaining to real estate is extremely advantageous to her clients! 

All things New Hampshire, Phyllis grew up in Exeter with multi-generational roots there. She also enjoyed summers at her family cottage on Hampton Beach.  After graduating from UNH and living and working in the Lakes Region during her daughter’s elementary years, she and her family grew to love the Lakes and Mountain Regions of NH as much as the Seacoast and regularly enjoy "getaways" to that area.  Her love and knowledge of these locations are what she is passionate about sharing with her clients whether they are moving to NH from out of State or selling their existing home to transition to a new home locally.

Phyllis continues to reside in Exeter, NH and is an avid lover of the arts, music, dining out and the outdoors. She enjoys sharing her love of New Hampshire with her grandchildren visiting the beaches, Lake Winnipesaukee and the many adventures to be found exploring the State. She has also discovered a new found passion of playing pickleball.
